Terms of sale
1. General
These terms apply to the sale of windows by DNT Projektai, UAB (the Seller). By submitting an inquiry or accepting a quote the buyer confirms having read the terms.
2. Quote and price
The quote is prepared from the buyer's inquiry and is valid for 7 days. Prices are in euros, shown excluding VAT, VAT and including VAT. Dimensions are confirmed after on-site measurement; if dimensions or specification change, the price may be recalculated.
3. Order confirmation
The buyer confirms the order by accepting the quote online (the Accept quote button). The Seller then issues a deposit invoice.
4. Payment
The deposit is 70 % of the quote total including VAT, payable on the deposit invoice. Production starts once the deposit is received. The balance is paid before delivery.
5. Production and delivery
Production takes 4–6 weeks from receipt of the deposit. The Seller announces the exact delivery date in advance and asks for confirmation. The buyer ensures the goods can be received at the given address.
6. Installation
If installation is ordered, it is carried out by an installer engaged by the Seller. The installation time is agreed with the buyer; the installer is responsible for installation quality.
7. Made-to-order goods
Windows are made to the buyer's individual specification, so under consumer protection law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
8. Warranty and claims
Warranty: profiles — 5 years, hardware — 2 years, glazing units — 5 years. Please submit claims in writing by email, stating the order number and a description of the defect.
9. Data and disputes
Personal data is processed under the privacy policy. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; a consumer may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
