1. What data we process

The data you provide in the inquiry form: name and surname or company name, email, phone, project town and address, window configuration, comment and attached files (drawings, photos). We do not process payment card data.

2. Purposes and legal basis

Processing your inquiry, agreeing the price with the manufacturer, and preparing and sending a commercial offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual steps at your request). Contacting you about the offer and related matters (legitimate interest — (f)).

3. Data recipients

The window manufacturer (to prepare a price quote) — only the technical window specification and the delivery location are shared, without your contact details. The email delivery provider and the server provider (EU/EEA), acting under data processing agreements.

4. Retention periods

If no transaction takes place — inquiry and offer data are kept for up to 2 years. If a contract is concluded — in line with accounting legislation (up to 10 years).

5. Your rights

To access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). Send requests by email.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies (language choice and form security) are always used. With your consent we use analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic and evaluate advertising; these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses. You can change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.
